Dr. Moghadam has more than 35 years of extensive experience in all phases of various high tech projects, including Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and energy industry programs from inception to completion. He has had direct responsibility for components of Star War Projects for the US Government, implementation of automated management information systems serving the needs of entire corporations and many government agencies, as well as large multinational programs related to the energy industries in the Middle-East, Africa and other parts of the world.

In addition to years of experience in USA, he has been managing major international projects in Poland, Nigeria, Ghana, Turkey, Indonesia, and Russia. Dr. Moghadam is well familiar with all aspects of project management and all the tools available to monitor cost, schedule, the quality of complex projects and their proper progress from inception to completion. Dr. Moghadam holds a Doctor of Science degree with emphasis on Information Technology (GWU- 1986), an Applied Scientist degree in Computers(GWU-1980), a Master of Science in Communications(GWU-1975), another Master of Science in Management (GWU-1973), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (AIT-1964).

LSI is a large multinational software consulting firm with major clients including AT&T, GMAC, Amdocs, HSBC, Cisco and Goldman Sachs. Al serves as a board member of Pace University’s Computer Science department.

Al served as an Executive Board member of TiE, a global network of entrepreneurs and professionals and headed its expansion in New Jersey. Mr. Moghadam has over ten years of extensive work experience, with most recent assignments in executive management positions. He started with NDC Group and later with Xpedior in Project Management role. Past clients include: AT&T, MCI, Sprint, WinStar, UUNET, E*TRADE, Oracle, AOL, SAIC, IBM, several .com companies and more. Mr. Moghadam currently has operations in the international market around the world including: Europe, South America, Africa, Middle East, and Asia, and has formed several partnerships with international organizations and multinational corporations.

Mr. Moghadam holds a B.S. with Honors from James Madison University, and an M.S. from the University of Virginia. He currently sits on the Advisory Board for the McIntire School at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Belcastro has more than 40 years of experience in the field of Lean Manufacturing Implementations, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing Business Turnaround Implementation, Merger and Acquisition, Optimization and ERP Implementation.

He is currently advising multiple small business in Production Optimization, Quality Assurance, Automation etc.

Mr. Belcastro has completed his BS-Industrial Technology from Morehead State University, Morehead, KY, MBA from Morehead State University, Morehead Kentucky, Supply Chain Strategy & Management from MIT Sloan School Executive Series, Lean Manufacturing at Toyota Production Systems. He holds the APIC certification.

Dr. Kuruvilla is an experience executive in the field of finance and investment having 45 Plus years of experience. He has worked with many financial corporates such as Bank of America, Citi Bank and Bahrain middle east bank in his long lasting illustrate career. He sits on the board of many middle eastern bank, Asian and European bank.

Dr. Kuruvilla took retirement from the corporate sector in 1999, in his last position with bank of America, he was Managing Director for The Bank of America for global investment for the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa. In the year 1999 he founded US based investment firm having domestic and international clients. At present he is involved in many small to medium business organization and help them to grow.

Mr. Parida has many years of experience in management field on USA and International projects, and several International programs in the field of IT and Energy sector (oil & gas). He has been involved with such projects from inception to successful completion.

He has managed several complex high-tech programs successfully. Mr. Parida has over 15 years of extensive work experience, with most recent assignments in Management Consulting positions. He started with Fujitsu Consulting and later with Booz Allen Hamilton in Project Strategy & Business Development role. Past clients include: GM, GE, Blue Bird, Bombay Stock Exchange, Medicare, ISRO, Shell and more.

Mr. Parida currently has operations in the International market around the world including: Asia, North America and has formed several partnerships with International organizations and multinational corporations. Mr. Parida holds a B.S. from India and an MBA from Indiana University, USA.

An Architectural graduate with over 15+ years of experience in Architectural Designing in the Construction sector. Qualitative experience in preparing interior designs & architectural presentations in conformance to pre-set cost parameters & quality standards. Expertise in resource planning, deployment, contracting, vendor management, project costing and estimation driving towards the success of the project.

Executed multiple prestigious and high visibility projects such as Jindal Town Planning, Several state and government sponsor Multiplex Project, onsite Architectural Consultancy to several multinational companies and to government. He has completed his B.Arch from Utkal University.

A cloud security expert, Debashis has previously worked for Intel, Lockheed Martin, Garmin, DST Systems, Cadence Design Systems etc.

Mr. Nayak has more than 20 years of experience in wide range of fields including Cloud Computing, Parallel and Distributed Computing, Big Data, Statistical Data Analysis, Web Applications, High Performance Computing, Embedded Systems Design, VLSI Chip Design and Testing etc.

He is currently focused on securing Micro-services running in containers, both in private and public clouds. This includes ensuring security of enterprise data, credentials, certificates, tokens and encryption keys used by the microservices. Also, ensuring security compliance with government/ federal guidelines using Hardware Security Modules (HSM).

Mr. Nayak has a Bachelor’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
